Also, can't do anything after the first act with Yotra, I talked to everyone in the village and nobody says anything, the only mission I have is the "Aurora´s fog" one (and the bugged one I already mentioned), what do I do?
Follow the paved path into the forest. The first one you will find at the entrance to the forest. The rest are scattered next to the path at the beginning of the forest.

At the moment, you have completed all available quests. New quests are in development and will be added in the next version.

i can only play 2 acts ''the bathhouse'' and the one with yotra. am i doing something wrong or is that all there is for now?
Some acts are unlocked with a certain dialogue choice. Also, don't forget to buy pose scrolls from Malagdaer and about the Seducer perk.

Yes, it does, but they are unlocked as the game progresses.

You get Nettle Stems by collection Nettle with a certain chance, which depends on the skill of Alchemy.
