Updated Weapons
Aurora's Fog » Devlog
Hey, guys! I finished work on updating weapon's visuals, and also added a couple of modifications and visual deformation to all weapons. I decided not to make a large number of mods yet, but to finish this task earlier and move on to the next ones, so this devlog won't have many changes.
Models
• Updated the Hammer model and modifications for it;
• Updated the Knife model and added modifications for it;
• Updated the Club model and added modifications for it;
• Updated the Sword model and added modifications for it;
Other Changes
• Added the reliability/durability parameter. Affects the damage rate of weapons/armor;
• Fixed: Barter reduced the cost of mods and equipment repairs too much;
• Updated axe and hammer wood textures;

This is all good and necessary. But.
What is in the game now can be killed quite easily by the weapons that are in the game now. Personally, I’m tired of running through the forests barefoot and wearing only a shirt. But with an axe. There are wolves and bears in the game, why not fur armor at the beginning? There are more than enough wolf skins.
More on topic: why is there a knife there? What should we do with it? Hm. As an option, if you remove the skin with a knife, and get something called “good skin”, and then the dwarf will then make some clothes out of it... Or himself on a workbench...
